Staying Active

I know it sounds pretty normal, but believe me, when you are always on the go, especially in your teenage years, just staying active combined with a naturally fast metabolism helps your body stay in shape and lean. Nidal Wonder also seems like he doesn’t need to control his food intake too much, considering how much he works out and stays active. However, if you are overweight or struggling with weight loss, just focus on eating healthier foods like fruits and salads while reducing junk food like burgers and pizza.
